HighFlow Air Con500 is a ready to use air entraining additive that entrain well distributed and correct size air into concrete thanks to its special air entraining components.

Areas of Application

On concrete where unit volume weight is low.
Ready – mixed concrete.
On concrete which might be exposed to freeze thaw effect.
All types of concrete where a non-chloride water reducing admixture is required, such as concrete roads, channel, airport runway and field concrete.
On concrete where lightweight aggregate is used.
On low-slump concrete.
On roller compacted concrete.

Advantage

Increases endurance against freezing and thawing by entraining air on fresh concrete.
Increases the workability of fresh concrete and makes pumping easier.
Prevents resolution, increases cohesion.
Decreases the amount of mixing water without any workability loss.
Does not include chloride ions. Does not cause paraphernalia corrosion.
Let the concrete mixing designs to be formed that have low water/cement rates.
High early and ultimate compressive strengths.
Construction also will not need to re-adjust consistency.
