HighFlow SP195

Product Description

HighFlow SP195 is relatively high molecular weight synthetic polymer containing plasticizer power is increased, the dark ready to use concrete superplasticizer . Increase abilty to deploy and components of productivity due to slowing down the rheoplastic type of cement hydration by achieving concrete in water, while accelerating the hydration water / reduce the cement ratio and the initial socket concrete strength and ultimately significantly increases. Protection in different season’s slump, workability and strength requirements according to the type of contribution will be used. HighFlow SP195 has strong workability retention which helps in long distance and hot weather concrete deliveries, and is particularly suitable for ready-mix concrete.

Areas of Application

  • High strength and low water / cement ratio is desired in all high-quality concrete.
  • Ready – mixed concrete.
  • Long distance and hot weather concrete deliveries.
  • Where high workability retention Band retardation are of prime importance.
  • To produce high quality concrete of improved durability and water tightness.

Advantage

  • Ultra higher strength with same cement content.
  • Low water /cement ratio concrete (10-25% water cut).
  • Homogenous and cohesive concrete.
  • Minimizing segregation problems by improving cohesion.
  • Does not contain chlorine.
  • Excellent slump retention properties.
  • Easily pumpable, smooth surface and good workable concrete.
  • Cold joints can be avoided by extending initial and final concrete setting time.
  • Strength and impermeable concrete.
